About Our Sustainability School
Our Sustainability School covers key issues from climate change to connected communities, and recycling to responsible investment and modern slavery.
Each resource contains key learnings with targeted learning outcomes, and suggestions for practical actions including volunteering, signing pledges, DIY projects (like carbon farming in your own backyard!), and activities to make your everyday life more sustainable.

How does the Investa Sustainability School work?
The Sustainability School and its resources will ensure we can speak the same language, understand our sustainability priorities, and learn as we go. We set a goal to positively change the behaviour of 100,000 people – and we’re starting with YOU as a valued Investa employee.
We know you can create positive change in your environment and your community, but we also know it can be difficult to change behaviours. So, we’ve created the Sustainability School and hand-picked the most relevant and interesting content, and we’ll guide you through the process to build your knowledge and capabilities on key sustainability issues.
Participating in the Sustainability School goes beyond ‘tree-hugging’ and provides you with practical skills and knowledge to make informed, sustainable and cost-effective decisions.
These e-learning modules will inform you on sustainability issues that are topical and relevant to achieving net-zero – and beyond. You’ll gain foundational skills and find ways to take meaningful action to empower yourself, your community and the planet.
Collectively, we must reimagine the way we live and work, regenerate the built environment, build resilient business for the future, and transform today to benefit tomorrow.
We’ve done the hard work gathering and creating content, now we need your participation to make more sustainable choices, whether that be through signing a pledge, volunteering, building a veggie garden at home, promoting a circular economy through buying second-hand, switching to an electric vehicle or renewable energy sources, or acting as a sustainability champion promoting better everyday choices.
