Fellowship Growth Incentive Program

Recruit new Fellows and be rewarded with School credit

The Supply Chain Sustainability School partners with leading organisations to create more sustainable supply chains for the property, construction and infrastructure industries in Australia. Fellows do more than provide cash and in-kind contributions to the School; they work collaboratively with the School’s Delivery Partner to develop and deliver the School’s Business Plan. One key aspect of this plan is to grow School Fellowships. The Fellow Growth Incentive Program was created in August 2020 to reward Fellows that deliver on their commitment to helping grow the School.

How it works

Recruit
As New Fellows join the School, they will advise the CEO if any existing Fellow referred them to the School or were the most integral influence in their decision to join (Referring Fellow).
Receipt
Upon the receipt of payment of the New Fellow joining invoice, the Referring Fellow will be issued with School credit equal to 10% of the first invoice payment, AUD excluding GST, of the referred New Fellow.
Redeem
The Referring Fellow will have 18 months to redeem their credit against any School invoice. Credit may be redeemed against annual renewal invoices, project-related invoices, education/training workshop invoices, landing page invoices or resource sponsorship invoices.

Terms and Conditions

Referring Fellow: As New Fellows join the School, they will advise the CEO if any existing Fellow referred them to the School or were the most integral influence in their decision to join; this organisation will be the Referring Fellow. The referring organisation must be listed on the Register of Fellows at the time the Reward is payable to be eligible for the Reward. Only one Fellow may be the Referring Fellow for each New Fellow.

Reward: Upon the receipt of payment of the New Fellow’s joining invoice, the Referring Fellow will be issued with School credit equal to 10% of the first invoice payment, AUD excluding GST, of the referred New Fellow. Credit will expire 18 months from the date of issue. For example, a new Full Fellow who joins in September until December that year will pay a monetary contribution of $5,300 ($15,900 x 4/12) and the Referring Fellow will receive a credit of $530. Or a new Full Fellow who joins in September until December the following year will pay a monetary contribution of $21,200 ($15,900 x 16/12) and the Referring Fellow will receive a credit of $2,120. Or a new Full Fellow who joins in January for the next three years will pay a monetary contribution of $47,700 ($15,900 x 3) and the Referring Fellow will receive a credit of $4,770.

Redemption: The Referring Fellow will have 18 months to redeem their credit against any School invoice. This includes but is not, limited to annual renewal invoices, project-related invoices, education/training workshop invoices, landing page invoices and resource sponsorship invoices.

New Fellow: Reward is for the recruitment of New Fellow only from 1 August 2020 until the program ends. This program may terminate at any time without notice. A ‘reasonable test’ will be applied to an organisation that had previously been a Fellow but had cancelled their Fellowship. For example, organisations that cancelled a Fellowship in December and reapplied in January of the next year will be classified as ‘renewing’ not ‘new’ are therefore not eligible.

Administration: The authority to administer the program is delegated to the CEO.

Disputes: Any complaint or dispute arising from the administration of the program must be made in writing to the CEO. The CEO will investigate and respond within 21 days. Appeals against the decision of the CEO relating to the administration of the program must be made in writing to Secretary of the Advisory Board and will be adjudicated by the Advisory Board at the next Advisory Board meeting.  The decision of the Advisory Board is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
